Akeal Hosein spun the Australian batsmen into a tailspin in the second One Day International on July 24, which West Indies won by 4 wickets at Kensington Oval.
On Sunday July 25, the left arm spinner took time out of his day to speak with a few journalists, who got the opportunity to ask many more questions than is usually the case. Posters on the website Caribbean Cricket were invited to send me their questions. The full interview is posted.
Interesting fact…..he used to be a top order batsman earlier in his career, but he prefers that his team mates whose primary role is batting, get as much time in the nets as they need.
